Enabling Private Browsing Mode in Opera

Opera 10.5 containing a new private browsing feature that the other browsers do not have it. Using Opera, you could open a site in a new tab using private browsing mode while you are in normal browsing mode. You could using private browsing both in tabs and windows. The following are some steps to activate private browsing mode in opera 10.50 and above.

  1. Opening a private browsing in tabs: right click on tab’s “+” icon and choose New Private Tab. Or you could click Menu, then choose Tabs and Windows, then choose New private Tab. The new Private tab will show a lock like icon at the right side of the tab icon.
  2. Opening a private browsing in a new window: Click the Menu, then choose Tabs and Windows, then click New Private Window. The private window is red colored and any tab opened in the private window is a private tab.
